My friend Atom (yes, that's really his name) forwarded me a link to a list of the 8 most badass protest photos ever taken.  Seen below:  Jewish Grandma Vs. The Riot Police, South Korean Sweater Man Vs. The Water Cannon, and... Cow's Tit Vs. A Cop.

Atom suggested, and I humbly second his suggestion, that a 9th Badass Protestor be added:  American Soldier Vs. Everyone Else, Plus Lasers.

I mean, there's lasers, for God's sake (or at least it would be if the gif were working, gorrammit.... scroll to the bottom of my blog to see what I mean)...
