Netroots Nation 2011: It Really Does Get Better

Netroots Nation was a powerful and incredibly moving experience.  One of the amazing things I was able to do was get a ton of bloggers together, ranging from Markos Moulitsas of the DailyKos to Pam Spaulding of Pam's House Blend to lil ol' me from right here at OneAngryQueer to let queer youth know: We are working to make it better.  Whether you are gay, trans, disabled, a person of color, or any other sort of thing that you could possibly get bullied for, it does get better.

It's a little long, but all the testimony delivered from the LGBT bloggers of Netroots Nation was so powerful we didn't have the heart to cut people out of it.  Thank you so much to the participants, and to the viewers out there?  Stay safe, love each other, and know that it gets better.

Peace.
